NUFAC Integrated Services Ltd began with a clear focus: to connect authentic Nigerian textile craft and quality consumer products with local and regional markets while supporting customers with trustworthy real estate consultancy.

Our core activities:

• Textile & Apparel: This is the company’s primary field. We produce Adire and Ashoki in partnership with a production company at Ajukuta. We also resell top fabrics — Hollandis, Ankara, Nigerian wax and Indian Niago — sourced from trusted suppliers. For Adire/Ashoki we sometimes add finishing touches or design enhancements ourselves before release.

• Marketing & Distribution: We market and distribute non-produced goods. We are an official distributor of Eleganza plastic chairs and distribute other marketable products to retailers and businesses.

• Real Estate Consultancy: We provide property consultancy and rental facilitation primarily within Anambra State. We partner with larger real estate companies and verified individuals to help clients purchase legitimate land and property. NUFAC does not currently hold large parcels of land for sale; our role is to advise and connect clients with reliable sellers.
